TriNet’s instructor-led HR trainings are designed to help professionals build confidence and competence in key areas of human resources. Whether you're stepping into a leadership role for  the first time or looking to sharpen your skills, these sessions offer practical guidance and best practices to support your growth.

What topics do instructor-Led HR trainings cover?

TriNet offers client admins and their leaders and employees a range of training topics that help equip participants with actionable insights and strategies. These include:

  • HR 101
    • These courses focus on three main areas of the employment lifecycle: hiring, performance management and employee separations.
  • Inclusion and belonging
    • These courses help equip participants with practical tools, communication strategies, and leadership frameworks to build more inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplaces.

  • Cultivating Your Happiness
    • This two-hour virtual session explores strategies to increase your happiness at work.

How do I sign up for Instructor-Led HR Trainings?  

TriNet client admins, their leaders, and employees can register directly by logging into the TriNet platform.

Note: Each participant must register individually.

To register:
  1. Visit www.TriNet.com.
  2. Log in.
  3. Go to Training > Learning Center > Webinar.
  4. Select your course and register.
