What is CCPA

CCPA, or the California Consumer Privacy Act, is a consumer privacy law in California that was passed in June of 2018 and became effective on Jan 1, 2020. The law gives California residents more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them. The CCPA regulations provide guidance on how to implement this law.
