Employment Types Considered for ACA Compliance

From 2021, by default, only Full-time employees, Part-time employees, Interns and Company-paid Temp workers will be considered in the ACA Compliance app. Other types of workers such as Independent Contractors, Agency-paid Temps, Vendor employees and Volunteers will not be automatically considered. 

If you think some of the workers need not be tracked for ACA compliance, you can remove them from the ACA dashboard and app. If you feel some of the workers are missing and need to be included in the ACA app, please reach out Zenefits Customer Care. Please note, Zenefits will not be able to advise clients on the workers who can be included in the ACA app.
