Preparing for ACA Compliance with Zenefits

Zenefits makes complying with the ACA’ s employer shared responsibility provisions easy and painless. Zenefits will navigate the dense regulatory landscape and perform complex measurements and calculations for companies, utilizing the existing data they have within the Zenefits system. Administrators can initiate the process by opening the ACA Compliance app on their dashboard to begin the setup flow.

You do not need to be using Zenefits Payroll, Time & Attendance, or host your benefits management in Zenefits in order to use this tool. However, this will make the process more manual.

Preparing for ACA Compliance

In order to take full advantage of this automation and eliminate manual corrections later on, companies can prepare by:

  1. Ensuring that the information they have within Zenefits is up-to-date and complete.

  2. Gathering any ACA-required information for the filing year that may not have been collected by Zenefits.
