The ACA Compliance tool pulls in all employee profiles at a US work location that were active for at least one day in the filing year, including test employees and international employees entered in a US location. If you need to remove employees from the tool so they are not included in your filing you can do so from the Overview page.
To remove employees from the ACA tool and filing follow the instructions below:
- Click into the ACA Overview page
NOTE: You will arrive at the Overview page after you've completed the initial setup flow.
- Click on the employee's name that you would like to remove
- In the pop-out window, click "Remove from ACA"
If this employee is a test employee, also delete the employee profile to prevent future confusion and other downstream effects. To delete an employee, follow the instructions here.
