Making Changes to Company Benefits Data

Brokers and admins who have permissions can change the following benefits setting, per line of coverage that the company offers:

  • Contract Length
  • Termination Policy
  • Waiting Period
  • Plan Name
  • Policy Number
  • HSA  Compatibility
  • SBC
  • Plan Availability
  • Plan Design/Benefit Details found on the SBC
  • Rates

Contract length, termination policy, and waiting period can be changed by navigating to the Plans & Carriers tab in the Benefits Administration app and clicking the pencil icon in the top right corner of the specified line of coverage.


To change the other features mentioned above, click View next to the applicable plan on the Plans & Carriers tab, make any applicable changes on the Basic Information or Plan Design /SBC tabs found on the left side, and click Submit.

Any changes made will be effective immediately.
