TriNet HR Plus now integrates with Employee Navigator, creating a streamlined workflow for employers and brokers to manage HR, payroll and benefits administration as well as integrated business solutions.  Brokers can continue working within the benefits enrollment and administration software their team is already familiar with, saving time and helping them serve their customers more effectively.

Things To Know About the Employee Navigator Application

• Employee Navigator is a Benefits Administration application available within the Marketplace.
• TriNet customers and their brokers would be responsible for establishing a relationship with Employee Navigator and would manage benefits administration from within.
• If a client chooses to use Employee Navigator, the native Benefits Administration tool within TriNet HR Plus will be disabled.
• With the Employee Navigator integration, the following data exchanges will take place:
  • HR Plus to Employee Navigator. Employee census data from HR Plus will be sent to Employee Navigator as part of the initial set up. In addition, any new hire, termination, rehire or employment change events (including compensation changes) will be sent to Employee Navigator on an ongoing basis.
  • Employee Navigator to HR Plus. Employee Navigator will send benefit deductions and employer contribution changes to the HR Plus payroll system in real-time as soon as the change occurs for an employee. Demographic updates that are made in Employee Navigator are not synced to HR Plus, and the information of those updates is available via a report that can viewed only.
