Plans included are only Life and Disability plans which are:

• Employer-paid Life/AD&D
• Supplemental Employe- paid Life
• Supplemental Employee-paid Spouse/DP Life
• Supplemental Employee-paid Child Life
• Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
• Short-term and Long-term Disability

All other plans would be managed by the client’s broker.
