Once you are logged in to the Zenefits mobile app, select More on the main screen, then Flex Accounts. From there, select the account for which you'll submit the claim. Have the following information on hand:
- The purchase date of the item or service
- A brief description of the item or service purchased
- The name of the item or service provider
- The cost of the item or service purchased
- The receipt (if needed)
You will be asked for the date of the purchase, the claim details and a picture of the receipt. When you confirm all information is accurate on the overview page, click Submit Claim.
