Can I use my FSA if I haven't received my Zenefits Card

If your FSA has started, but you haven't received your Zenefits Card yet, you'll still be able use your FSA funds to pay for eligible expenses that occur on or after the start date by submitting claims. However, you can't use your FSA retroactively for expenses you had prior to the start of the plan.
