Automatic payments, or autopay, is a convenient payment solution that many insurance carriers offer to companies. Autopay is a monthly debit for a company's insurance premiums, instead of the primary administrator remitting payment manually.
Not all insurance carriers offer autopay, and Zenefits does not facilitate the setup or maintenance of autopay with insurance carriers.
How To Set Up Autopay
Autopay can often be established directly on the carrier's website. However, some carriers may require a primary administrator to contact them directly to set up autopay. Contact information for your insurance carrier can be found within your Zenefits dashboard by clicking one of the Medical, Dental, or Vision Insurance apps, or the Benefits Administration app if you're an admin.
