If you just received an inbox task to review a qualifying life event (QLE) proof document, follow the instructions below to complete:
- Log into your admin account
- Click on the inbox task
- You'll be able to view the information about the submitted QLE
- If you believe the document is sufficient, select Approve
- If you believe the document is insufficient, you can request a different document
To change who has permission to review proof documents, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Zenefits admin account.
- Select the Company Profile app from the dashboard.
- Click Administrators.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the admin you'd like to review proof documents.
- Ensure the box for Benefits is checked.
- After pressing Continue, check the box next to Verify employees' qualifying life events.
- Select your preference, then click Save and Continue.
By default, proof documents will be reviewed through the Zenefits Inbox Task System.If you want to check on the status of a qualifying life event application, connect with your broker contact.
