How can I use the Documents app to audit worker documents?
The Worker Documents portion of the Documents app allows company administrators to easily take inventory of their files by:
- giving an audit view of your workers' documents
- providing advanced filtering capabilities by employment status, location, etc.
- displaying the overall status of a specific document type for each worker
- sorting workers based on the document status (i.e. cluster workers who need to complete their tax forms)
- giving next steps/actions for each document type on hover
- allowing upload and request capabilities right at the top of the page
