Re-request documents from individuals

To re-request a document from a particular person, take the following steps:

  1. Log in to the administrator Dashboard.
  2. Click the Directory application.
  3. Select a specific worker.
  4. Click Documents.
  5. Click Request.
  6. Select Request type you would like to send.
  7. Check "Include Already Completed Workers" if they have already provided you this information.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Review your request to make sure the right individual will be notified
  10. Click Request.
