On the Salary Insights page, you'll notice a column indicating the Target Salary Range for each worker you've entered. This range is based on your indicated target range for your company's compensation philosophy. If you need to change your target salary range, you can do so at any time.
- From the Compensation Management tool, click on the Settings tab.
- Select Target Percentile from the left hand menu.
- You'll select a lower limit and upper limit to create your range.
If you need help selecting a range, you'll be prompted to answer two questions about the local job market to assist you in determining the best range for you. Then, you'll see a recommended range based on these answers.
