Collecting Vaccination Details from Employees

Once the above steps are performed by admin, a new section will be available during the onboarding for all new hires and they can fill in the vaccination details.

For existing employees, admin can raise a Bulk Information Request. To bulk request the vaccination information, follow the below process:

  1. After logging in to your Zenefits admin account, select the Directory app.
  2. Select the Bulk Information Request tab, then New Request.
  3. From the Request Type drop down, select Vaccination Information
  4. Select which people to include.
  5. Review your request to make sure the right individual will be notified.
  6. Review the request, then click Request.
