What happens if an employee doesn’t receive a welcome email

Admins need to make sure the correct email for the employee is listed in Zenefits. Admin can find any unregistered workers via the Directory.

Workers may update their email address in their Zenefits profile. 

Email troubleshooting:

  • If the worker's email is incorrect, the admin can update this and then resend the welcome email from the Employee Profile by clicking Actions and selecting the appropriate option.
  • If the email address was correct, Admin can resend the email via the Employee Profile.
