Set administrator permissions and visibility

Learn how to set admin permissions and visibility.

An administrator's ability to view and edit information for employees is determined by various permissions.

Permissions for a given admin can be changed by clicking Company Profile, then the Administrators link. Existing admin profiles display who the admin’s permissions apply to and which permissions they have been granted. An administrator's permissions can be changed by clicking the pencil next to their name. Permissions can be updated, then click Save.

Administrator Visibility of Reports & Apps

Business Intelligence reports are aligned with an administrator's permissions. For example, administrators who can only view contingent worker or contractor information will not be able to view employee reports. Administrators will always be able to view the ATS tracking apps, regardless of their permissions.
