How Does Hiring Candidates with ATS in Zenefits work?

After the ATS integration has been set up and the desired applicant has been made available through the ATS system, then it is time to hire the employee in Zenefits.

How to hire an applicant

  1. Log into the Zenefits administrator dashboard.
  2. Click the Directory app and then click the Hire button, or Click on the Hiring app.
  3. Select the items that Zenefits needs to send and collect.
  4. Click Start.
  5. Click into the “Import Candidate” field.
  6. Select the candidate from the drop-down menu.
  7. The candidates information will populate.
  8. Continue with the hiring process as normal.

The information that will populate:

  • First and Last Name
  • Job Title
  • Department
  • Manager
  • Work Location
  • Resume
