A support reference number is a unique identifier related to each of your Customer Care cases. Once you tell Zen Assistant about your issue, you will be given a reference number to use when contacting Customer Care. This reference number is used to prioritize your case and route your call to the proper support channel.
When contacting support by phone, you will be asked to enter your Zenefits ID and your case reference number. Please have these ready when calling into Customer Care as this will allow us to quickly address your specific concerns.
You can find your Zenefits Support ID in the upper right hand corner of your Zenefits account.
