Setting Up Your Zenefits Account
Welcome to Zenefits! Keep reading for some tips on quickly setting up your Zenefits account during Implementation.
Zenefits provides two options when it comes to setting up your account.
The Quick Start Implementation Process is a self-service implementation method that provides you with a series of tasks to complete within your Zenefits account. Once the tasks are completed, you will be directed to your company dashboard where you may access any of the features available within your Zenefits Package. Provided you have the necessary company and employee information readily available, you should breeze through the checklist and Zenefits onboarding in about 2 weeks.*

You may also access additional training materials, for all employment roles, through our Education Services courses.
The Guided Implementation Process provides you with a dedicated Implementation Manager who will with your company’s onboarding, map out an action plan, and help you set up all of your Zenefits apps in addition to our Education Services and Virtual Instructor Led Training. Guided Implementation is for larger companies and takes, on average, four to six weeks to complete from the time of the project kick-off call with your Implementation Manager and all required documentation is submitted.*
*Please note that timelines are approximate and reflect typical implementations. A variety of factors can extend or shorten this timeline, including having company tax information on-hand and whether or not your company is setting up Zenefits Payroll.
