Following the transition, what changes about HSA communications from Alegeus?

Very little changes with respect to how HSA communications are managed within the system. The communications are still delivered and triggered the same way, with the same content. 

The few differences include:

  • Sending address: Communications are distributed from hsaalerts@wealthcaresaver. com
  • Sending name: Communications are distributed from WealthCare Saver
  • Mailing address: Communications containing a physical mailing address will reflect WealthCare Saver in name and WealthCare Saver’s return address.
  • Signature line: Communications are signed by the WealthCare Saver account services team
