How do I create custom Business Intelligence reports?

To create a Custom Report, use the process below:

  1. Log into the Zenefits administrator dashboard.
  2. Select the Business Intelligence app.
  3. Select Custom Reports from the top navigation bar.
  4. Click Create Report.
  5. Create a name for the report and enter a description.
  6. The template option will allow you to customize one of the premade reports.
  7. Select which fields to include, then in the next step you'll arrange them to appear as desired in the report.
  8. Choose who will be included in the report.
  9. Select if you would like to schedule the report to be automatically sent.
  10. Select Run Frequency:
    Daily (Weekdays only or Every day)
    Weekly (Select the day of the week)
    Monthly (Specific day of the month or Specific day of the week)
  11. Select Format (XLSX, CSV).
  12. Select whether the report should be sent to other employees or admins.
  13. Click Create Report.
