How do I request EEO-1 information from employees?

Follow these steps to request information for the EEO-1 report from all or some employees in Zenefits.

Requesting EEO-1 Report Information from All Employees

  1. In the Settings page of Hiring, select Enable next to Requesting Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
  2. Once EEO requests are enabled, check the box to request the information.
  3. Zenefits will send notification emails to employees to complete the EEO survey.

Requesting EEO-1 Report Information from Select Employees

  1. In the Settings page of Hiring, select Enable next to Requesting Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
  2. Once EEO requests are enabled, check the box to request the information.
  3. De-select the box for Send to all employees.
  4. In the box, type in the department, work location, or employee name for the desired employees.
    1. A message may appear that says "Some of your employees have done this before: Should employees who have completed this do it again?"
    2. Check the box to request the information.
