Separating Work and Personal Emails

For Administrators and Employees

Currently there is no way to customize the types of email that administrators or employees receive. Any email that is put into the Work Email field, will generate company level automated emails to that email only. All emails that are generated that pertain to an employee will be sent to the Personal Email field when onboarding.

To avoid receiving different types of emails at the same email address, update the fields to show two separate email addresses (work and personal). This will ensure all appropriate emails will be sent to the proper email address.

Primary Administrators that are also employees will still continue to receive emails to both their personal emails and work emails. This cannot be customized at this time.
