Employment Verification

For Administrators and Employees

Zenefits does not provide any sort of official employment verification for clients.

This includes, but is not limited to, requests for the following:

  • Statement of where an employee works
  • Statement of job title/responsibilities
  • Length of employment (start date/end date)
  • Salary information
  • Documentation on the employee's company letterhead

Employees should have a direct manager, HR representative, or an administrator verify employment.
