The instructions below only apply to companies who use the Contractors app on their dashboard.
Contractors can update their bank account information directly from their dashboard. Zenefits allows contractors to enter only one bank account.
Primary administrators can see contractor bank information, if they have permissions to do so.
To update their banking information, contractors should:
- Log in to their Dashboard.
- Select the Bank Account tab.
- Click Edit.
- Change the account information, then Save New Account.
If you changed your direct deposit information after a payment was issued to your old direct deposit information, you will need to work with your administrator for an alternate method of payment. We cannot return funds until they have been sent back from the recipient bank.
