What is Auto Text?

You can use Auto Text to personalize your hiring document templates. The Auto Text fields pull the information that is entered in someone's file and displays in the Offer Letter, Agreement, Handbook or Custom Email Message that is sent to them. When you onboard a new hire, the offer letter will auto-fill with the correct start date. The auto text pulls from what was entered during the administrator's or manager's onboarding of the new hire.

You can also add custom fields in Auto Text fields for dynamic information. All custom fields except document and signature answer fields are available to display dynamic information in Offer Letter, Agreement, Handbook or Custom Email.
