You can onboard employees under the age of 18 like any other part-time or full-employee. However, because of laws that control the disclosure of juvenile criminal records, Checkr is unable to run background checks on employees under the age of 18.
Zenefits does not support employees under the age of 14 (i.e., 13and under). If you have paid employees age 13 and under in the current year, you will not be able to use Zenefits payroll.
