Engagement Survey Methodology

For the Engagement survey, the engagement score is defined as the average of scores for the following questions which are part of the Engagement theme: 

• I'm proud to be part of [Company] 
• I would recommend [Company] as a great place to work to my friends and family. 
• Most days, I'm happy to start my work week 
• I plan on being with this company for the foreseeable future 
• This company makes me want to do my best work
