One-on-One Reminders and Notifications

Users can expect to receive email updates from Zenefits One-on-Ones  for the following reasons:

• After initially being added to a One-on-One
• 1 day prior to the scheduled One-on-One
• If/when the One-on-One  is updated with new topics

If you want to turn One-on-One email notifications off, you can do so through the Settings tab of your Performance Management app.
