Scheduling a One-on-One with a Coworker
To create a new One-on-One with your coworker:
- Once logged into your Zenefits account, navigate to the Performance Management app.
- Go to the One-on-Ones tab at the top of the page.
- Click New Meeting and select a coworker to invite.
- To plan a new One-on-One, click the Add Meeting button.
- Customize your meeting:
- To change the date of the meeting, click on the three dotted lines to the upper right corner of the date and select Edit Date.
- Add any topics, follow ups, or private notes.
All changes are automatically saved, so you can close the window and come back at any time.
