What do I need to process Open Enrollment?

In order to process Open Enrollment you will need the following information:

  • Summary of Benefits and Coverage (where applicable)
  • Plan Summaries (where applicable)
  • Rate sheets
  • Contribution scheme
  • Underwriting guidelines for your policy (ies) (waiting periods, termination settings, effective dates, et al)
