Can I cancel my qualifying life event enrollment?

Individual enrollees have the ability to cancel their qualifying life event enrollments themselves if they have not yet been submitted to the carrier. 

  1. You'll notice a button on your Overview page under the Medical, Dental, or Vision app that allows you to click "Cancel My Changes" to begin the cancellation.
  2. Confirm that you'd like to continue with the cancellation of requested changes.

If your qualifying life event has already been submitted then you will need to contact Zenefits Customer Care to make any changes.
