Why am I receiving a duplicate dependent error?
The this dependent already exists, edit? text will appear if Zenefits already has your dependent's information in the system. This could be because you entered their information during a previous enrollment period, or are attempting the Qualifying Life Event (QLE) flow more than once.
To continue, click the edit? link and click the Estimate My Costs button.
Then, you can complete the rest of the qualifying life event flow as usual.
