Worker information that is visible to Managers

Managers have permission to view specific information about each of their reports, and have the authority to request specific changes to this information. Manager visibility can vary based off of their permissions. Admins may edit permissions by following the steps within this Help Center article

Below is a list of information managers can and can't view, and the kind of requests they can make.

Managers can see a subordinate's:

Managers cannot see:

  • Location

  • Department

  • Position title

  • Hire date

  • Employment type (full-time, part-time)

  • Basic contact information

  • Emergency contact information

The primary administrator can grant permission for Managers to view this information. Please reach out to the primary administrator if pertinent information is being withheld.
