Maximizing your TriNet Support Experience

We wanted to remind you of the best ways to get in touch with our team when you need assistance.

Following these steps each time you have an inquiry will ensure that you streamline your time to resolution, and are routed directly to the team best able to assist. 

  1. Log into your account by clicking the Login link on the top right-hand corner of www.trinet.com and then select the Login link under HR Platform & HR Plus.
    • If you need help logging in, click here.
  2. Once logged in, click the blue circle on the bottom right-hand corner of your TriNet Dashboard.
  3. Click the Click Here For Support button.
  4. Type in your question or issue.
  5. Click the No button if our Support Bot answer was not helpful.
  6. Click the Contact Support button.
  7. Review the support options.
  8. Make the selection that best suits your question or issue.
