How do I add a deduction for Paylocity or ADP in Pay Connect

  1. Navigate to the Pay Connect app, then to Settings, then Add Deduction.
  2. Enter a name for the deduction. It's recommended that this name match the name of the deduction that is in the payroll provider system.
  3. Select the payroll deduction type from the drop  down.
    If a new deduction type needs to be added, then please contact Zenefits Customer Care.
  4. Enter the Deduction ID and Contribution ID as entered in your payroll provider's system.
  5. Press Save.
  6. Repeat as needed, until all required deduction codes have been entered into Zenefits.

Once this has been completed, you can move onto mapping the deduction.
