Add Employee Name and Address on checks

Learn how to print the employee’s name and address on their check.

1. Navigate to the Payroll app

2. Click Settings

3. Click Pay Statements

4. Navigate to Paycheck Printing Options

5. Click the box in front of Name & Address

6. Click Save

Enabling the Name & Address option will display the name and address fields for future checks. 

If the check was downloaded as a PDF before the Name & Address option was enable it will not display on the check. 

When mailing checks with the printed employee name and address it should be sent in a standard #10 window envelope.
