Authorize Zenefits Payroll as TPA in OH Business Gateway Portal for Ohio Withholding and School District Taxes

- Go to the OH Business Gateway Portal
- Either log in, or create an account.
- Go to the Account Access Management page by clicking on the lock icon in the top right hand corner
- Go to the Account Access Requests tab
- Approve Lori Loridon as a Filing Administrator under Requests for Account Access
- If there is no option to approve us as the filing administrator, please contact Zenefits Customer Care for help. We may need to initiate a request, or try again.
