Administrators can make changes to the official company address in Zenefits by following the instructions below. The company address in Zenefits must be the address on file with the insurance broker and carrier. If you sync your payroll through Zenefits, administrators must update the company address directly with the payroll provider.
If you are using Zenefits Payroll, please ensure all tax agency profiles are updated as well.
To change the company's address in Zenefits:
- Log in to Zenefits as an administrator.
- Click on the Company Profile app and then click on Addresses & Labor Groups.
- Under Addresses, select the edit icon to the right of the desired address and update the information.
- Once you have updated the address, you may contact Support to update your company's Legal Address.
