How to Create or Set a Goal

Set a goal for yourself:

  1. After logging in to your Zenefits account, click on the Performance Management app.
  2. Select Goals from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  3. Click Create Goal to get started.

Once you create your goal, you’ll be able to update any progress on the Goals overview page. 


Set a goal for a direct report:

  1. After logging in to your Zenefits account, click on the Performance Management app.
  2. Select Goals from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
  3. Click Create Goal to get started.
  4. Fill out the name, description (optional), start and due date fields.
  5. Ensure the Type is Individual.
  6. You can assign the goal to any of your direct reports.
Once you complete the goal, you and the direct report can track its process on the Goals overview page.
