Goals in Reviews

Adding Goals to Reviews

Administrators or managers will be able to view direct report's goals by adding them to a review. This helps managers evaluate the individual's goal with their review. Goals can be added through two options:

  • Ongoing goals: goals that have been started, but have not passed the end date when the review starts. 
  • Other goals: goals that have been started and ended within a customizable date range from when the review is started. The goals can have been completed, or not.


Goals are able to be added to a review. The individual's manager will be able to review them in the context of their goals.

Adding to Reviews

Managers can add any direct report's ongoing or completed goals to a review. Goals are dynamically added to reviews, so you’ll see the latest goal status when completing a review.
