The Goals feature allows you to set and track goals for your company. By setting goals for yourself, your team, and your reports, you can track your progress together. Additionally, because Goals are embedded in Performance Management, you can use them in other features as well-- you can use Reviews to analyze Goal progress, or set up One-on-Ones to touch base on Goal progress.
