How are notifications sent out for Performance Management?

  • When a review gets started, all reviewers get notified through an inbox action (and a corresponding email notification) - reviewers can be the employee him/herself, their manager and/or peers
One day before a review is due, reviewers get notified to their work email. 

  • When the manager shares their final remarks with the reviewee, the reviewee gets notified through an inbox action and an email notification.
