Authorizing Zenefits Payroll as Third Party Administrator in Maryland

If your company is in implementation:

The payroll signatory selected will receive a notification in their Zenefits Inbox to e-sign the required POA forms. If this is not completed during implementation, follow the instructions below.

If your company is not in implementation:

  1. From Zenefits admin account, go to the Payroll app.
  2. Click into the Forms tab.
  3. Click on the Maryland Power of Attorney form to download it.
  4. The company signatory should complete the rest of the form.
  5. Send the form in through Customer Care.
