Authorizing Zenefits Payroll as Third Party Administrator in Maryland
If your company is in implementation:
The payroll signatory selected will receive a notification in their Zenefits Inbox to e-sign the required POA forms. If this is not completed during implementation, follow the instructions below.
If your company is not in implementation:
- From Zenefits admin account, go to the Payroll app.
- Click into the Forms tab.
- Click on the Maryland Power of Attorney form to download it.
- The company signatory should complete the rest of the form.
- Send the form in through Customer Care.
