Admins can change the accrual rates for individual workers by opening the Time Off app and completing the following steps:
- Select the Balances tab
- Select the person's name, then the edit icon
- Edit the Base Accrual and click Save
Accrual rates can also be changed for Sick Leave and Personal Leave. Administrators will need to make sure to select the correct account from the Overview tab.
Changes to an individual accrual rate will not take effect until the beginning of the next accrual period, and will only affect workers who accrue on that changed rate.
