Zenefits supports three types of Time Off reports:
- Time Taken reports list, for a standard period (Year, Month or Quarter) or custom period (date range), approved requests by category for each worker.
- Balances reports list workers' current balances (by category, including sick and personal leave) and accrual rates.
- Time Off Requests reports lists the type requests the workers have taken and the information included in the request.
Each report lists current available balances and time taken for each worker in the report. All hours approved as of the date on which the report is run are included.
- Managers can run reports for their direct reports and subordinates.
- Administrators can run reports for the entire company.
