You don't need to set up much. We recommend you review the state-specific overtime rules that Zenefits applies automatically, based on work location. These rules can be customized.

• For compliance reasons, employees will automatically track overtime once they work sufficient hours.
• Time & Attendance does not support designation of specific rules for approval.
  • For example, requiring approval for any overtime hours exceeding 2 hours.
• Overtime is based on the first day of the workweek.
