Time Changes with Time & Attendance
Zenefits Time & Attendance system will automatically calculate and account for the extra or lost hour when there is a time change.
For example, during the fall when the time drops back an hour, the system will calculate the additional hour for someone who is working during this time.
During the spring when the time moves forward, or skips, an hour, the system will account for the one hour less for someone who is working during this time.
There is no action or setting you need to turn on in order to have the system do this, as it's a built-in behavior.
